Year 4 Features of an Anglican Church

This week Year 4 have been learning about the features of an Anglican church. We are lucky at our school to actually have an Anglican church on site. Children investigated the Lectern, Baptism fonts and pools. They spent some time investigating symbolism in the church grounds including gravestones and our Lychgate. Mrs Lockstone even gave us some pictures of the Coffins that were discovered in the Crypt!
