Year 5 Maths Competition
The Maths Challenge was a really fun and exciting opportunity to compete with other schools in the area. We had to solve a range of mathematical and logical problems from simple to very difficult. Our team worked together solve puzzles and problems and we fought really hard for St John’s. With seven schools attending we managed an amazing 167 points which earned us second place. The main reason for this challenge was to have fun and although we were slightly nervous, we really enjoyed the day. We hope to represent the school again some day.
