Year 6 Aladdin Pantomime Visit

On the 13 th December, Year 6 were lucky enough to be invited to Roding Valley High School to see their production of Aladdin. It included many former students of St Johns, such as: Jennifer Smith, Amelia Royce and Lizzy Radley. The pantomime was directed by three sixth form students, Thisbe Barnett, Lillie Butler and Matthew Tinker. We asked some pupils who their favourite characters were. Daisy’s favourite characters were Widow Twankey (Cai Gunning) and PC Ping, PC Pong and PC Plop. Sophie’s favourite characters were Aladdin- Joe Pollard and ‘Elf & Safety’- Hannah Grace. Some of the Year 6 students said that they were inspired and willing to join a drama club when they go to secondary school. Year thought that the Aladdin cast all did a great job, and would be very excited to see their next performance!
